Exhibitor Information

Date:   Saturday, July 16, 2023 - 3rd Saturday in July.     Time:     Arts & Crafts Festival Hours - 11:00 am to 6:00 pm. Registration: 6:30-8:00 am and 9:00-10:00 am.  Space numbers and locations given upon arrival.  All participants must be set up by 10:30 am.   Location:     Outdoors, Upper Lake Park, Port Washington.   Media:     Fine arts and crafts.  If you have not participated in a previous Fish Day Arts & Crafts Festival, please submit current photos or slides of your work. If you wish to have photos or slides returned, please enclose a self-addressed, stamped envelope with your application.             Space and Fees:     Each space is approximately 12’x12’.  You may rent up to 3 spaces at $30 per space.  Each participant must supply their own exhibit materials such as tables, chairs, umbrellas, tents, etc.  Shade is not available all day in the park.  Approximately 100 applicants will be accepted.  Make check or money order payable to Port Fish Day Inc. and mail with application.  In the event that an applicant is not accepted or all spaces have been rented, the total fee will be returned.  Once an applicant is accepted, the fee is non-refundable.
